Filing a DMCA takedown notice

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or someone authorised to act on their behalf.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or a representative list of works, if multiple).
• Identification of the material on gbwhatts.pro that is allegedly infringing, with enough detail (URL, screenshot, paragraph quote) for us to locate it.
• Your contact information — name, address, phone number, and email.
• A statement made under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.

What happens after we receive a valid notice

• We review the notice within 48 hours of receipt.
• If valid, we remove or disable access to the identified material and notify the publisher of the affected content.
• We document the takedown and retain the notice for our records.
• We may forward the notice to the original publisher of the material if it was uploaded by a third party.

Counter-notification

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled, and the URL where it appeared before removal.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the removal was a mistake or misidentification.
• Your name, address, and phone number, plus a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. Federal District Court (or your local equivalent) and will accept service of process from the person who filed the original takedown.
